Straightline is locally owned and operated by Norm Ritchie. A Red Seal Plumber and class A Gas Fitter with over 20 years experience.

Norm grew up in Campbell River, worked throughout western Canada and operated a plumbing business in Northern Alberta for many years. Norm is happy to once again be calling this beautiful community home.

Our specialties are new home construction and boiler systems.
